Quicksand: When All Three of Your Businesses Are Blocked by Things You Can't Control

There's a specific kind of hell that entrepreneurship doesn't prepare you for. Not the hell of failure — the hell of waiting.

Business one: a South Korean health-tech company with patents and government backing, stalled because the visa that lets you stay isn't the same as the visa that lets you earn. The paperwork is in. I'm just waiting.

Business two: a Delaware C-Corp. Overdue franchise taxes, FinCEN beneficial ownership filing, and an Apple Developer account with documentation requirements that no standard business article mentions.

Business three: a Nevada LLC with 28 functional tools that Google won't index, rejected by AdSense for "insufficient content."

Three companies. Three external blockers. Nothing I did wrong. Nothing I can do right now except work on the things I can control and not lose my mind.

Quicksand doesn't care how hard you fight. Thrashing makes it worse.
